SMSPup Mobile launched today, offering an innovative and value-packed post-paid mobile plan for budget savvy consumers.

Core to the plan's offering is the extra value generated through special brand promotions and participation rewards.

Customers who 'opt-in' to accept SMS and MMS ads on their phones will pay a plan fee of just $10 a month for $130 of standard call and text value, and receive member reward points that can be redeemed for a range of benefits including movie passes, travel discounts and used in online auctions for devices such as handsets.

What is the plan?
SMSPup Mobile offers a $29 Get $130 Cap plan, mobile or email promotional messages per day, the their monthly access, effectively paying $10 for $130 The SMSPup Mobile Cap plan has no minimum contract value includes calls to mobiles and landlines in Australia, numbers, international calls, GPRS and voicemail.

What will it cost the member if calls exceed the $130 cap?
Any calls exceeding the $130 cap will incur additional charges at standard rates, which are 20c/15 seconds for calls to any landline or mobile in Australia with a flagfall of 30c, and 25c/SMS.

Who can apply and what is the process?
Applications are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and older. The whole process is conducted online, from application, registration, invoicing and participation in the online auctions.

Is there a contract with this plan?
No, there is no minimum contract term.

What's the coverage?
SMSPup Mobile is powered by Vodafone which operates a GSM digital mobile network that covers 93 per cent of the Australian population and provides access to services such as Voicemail and Global Roaming.

What's the Catch?

Member will receive up to five mobile or email promotional messages per day, if members have opted in to receive promotional messages.

In order to continue to receive the $19 discount, members must actively participate in viewing the promotional messages. If members do not actively view 50% or greater of the promotional messages sent to them, SMSPup Mobile reserves the right to remove the $19 discount.
